I work at Caltech as part of the Southern California Seismic Network. Growing up in nearby Irvine, I have directly experienced the benefits of attending good public schools, and strongly believe a good public school system contributes to a thriving and prosperous community. Perhaps it's no surprise then, that when my daughter was born we moved to Arcadia so that she too could benefit from a great public school district like AUSD. She now attends First Ave Middle School. Joining AEF not only enables me to positively impact the education of Arcadia's students but also serves as my way of saying thanks to those who supported me during my student years.
