The value of education has been ingrained in Rodney as a child from his family, through their perseverance to obtain educational milestones of varying degrees with integrity, intrigue, and excitement. This was only heightened when he became a father and wanted to make sure that same passion for education was poured into his son and members of his community. As a fervent believer in servant leadership, his job is to adhere to and prioritize the growth of our mission at AEF by enriching educational programs within AUSD.

Rodney Moore is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with over fifteen years of experience across diverse industries, including sports & entertainment, manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods. His friendly demeanor and proven track record of utilizing his technical skills, ethics, and interpersonal skills have resulted in successful and high-achieving cross-functional teams.
